 Many patients assume hormone therapy is best managed through traditional insurance. However, testosterone replacement therapy often requires frequent follow-up visits, lab monitoring, prescription management, and ongoing adjustments, which may not always be fully covered or conveniently coordinated through insurance-based care.

The Core Health TRT Membership is designed to bundle required services into one predictable monthly cost.

With Traditional Insurance, Patients May Still Pay For:

• Copays or coinsurance for follow-up visits every 3 months
• Separate charges for lab work or incomplete lab coverage
• Additional visits for dose adjustments or side effects
• Prescription management visits or refills
• Out-of-pocket costs if services fall outside insurance guidelines
   

Coverage varies by plan, provider, and medical necessity.  

  The TRT Membership is not an insurance plan and does not replace insurance. Patients may choose to use insurance for other medical services outside of the membership. Savings depend on individual insurance benefits, copays, deductibles, and treatment needs.
