DOT Physicals

Core Health provides Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exams for commercial drivers to meet FMCSA requirements. Exams are performed by a certified medical examiner and include a full health history review, vision and hearing screening, blood pressure check, and urinalysis. 

• DOT Physical: $100
   
• Drug Screen (with DOT exam): $25
   
• Drug Screen (standalone / post-incident): $50
